I'm often involved in various projects, workshops and community events, so I decided to create this page to keep people informed and to allow you to participate if you like.
Kootenay Society for Lifelong Learning
As a co-founder and board member of the Kootenay Society for Lifelong Learning, I work with incredible people to support the advancement of World-wide Peace and Social Justice through the creation of courses, seminars, projects and workshops.
Our current project for 2011 - 2012 is to create and host an International Peace Summit for Youth here in the Kootenays, British Columbia. If you would like more information or to make a donation to KSLL, please contact me at kim@lifelonglearningsociety.org.
SelfDesign High
SelfDesign High is a class-one, BC Ministry accredited distributed learning high school with a lot of heart. They believe that students should have a choice in what they want to learn, and be nurtured along that journey. As a coach and mentor at SDH, I have the great pleasure to work with staff members dedicated to supporting learning characterized by heartfelt, joyful enquiry and authentic relationships.
